Thanksgiving

Although it was a somewhat busy day, we had a really great Thanksgiving this year--in large part because we have so much to be thankful for. We're so thankful that we have two happy and healthy little boys who make us smile every day. We're also thankful for our wonderful families and friends and for the fact that we were able to move back and be closer to all of them this year.

We started off the day at my parents where we ate and ate. Jake was able to play with Collin and Chloe and Andrew was passed around among all the relatives and got lots of hugs and kisses as usual. Andrew got to try some turkey himself that day (the pureed baby food kind, of course) and he gobbled it down (no pun intended).

Chloe and Jacob enjoyed their Thanksgiving meals.

After lunch at my parents, we traveled to Alton to have dinner with Josh's family. There, as before, we ate and ate--that was pretty much the theme of the day. Jake and his cousin, Cole, enjoyed an episode of Blue's Clues and then played the rest of the night while the adults, with very full bellies, crashed on the couch.

This is what I'm thankful for!!!
