Summer Fun

For those of you who don't know, Aunt Meg is staying with us for the summer to take a class at SIUE. She has been huge help around here and there have been several days since Andrew arrived where I don't know how I would have done it without her. She got Jake a whale pool for his birthday which he absolutely loves. It's a great way for Aunt Meg to watch Jake and get a tan at the same time and for me to have a little quiet time with Andrew. They were in the pool the other day when it was super hot and Jake got to enjoy a popsicle (one of his new favorite snacks). As you can see from the picture, we have a hard time finding trunks that fit with his little shorty legs. His cousins, Collin and Chloe, came over last Monday and he had a great time playing in his new pool with them and going down the whale slide. Great present, Aunt Meg!!
