Thursday was Jacob's last day of school at Kid's First in Maryville. He had been so excited about his last week of school because they were going to have a hot dog party and play with bubbles and water outside. Of course, the hot dog party didn't disappoint because he still talking about it today.
Although we had a few days throughout the school year where Andrew and I left Jacob in tears as we dropped him off, Jacob loved going to school. It's amazing how much he's learned since he's been there--he now knows how to count to 10, say his ABC's, and he knows his colors and shapes. He knew only a little bit of that stuff before he went so at least I know he was listening while he was there!! Now if only he would've picked up how to use the potty while he was there, Mommy would be a very happy woman!!!
Can you tell from Jake's big grin that he loved his teather, Ms. Yolanda?

Jacob smiling for the camera with Ms. Kim (yet another teacher) and some of his classmates.
Since Jake's birthday falls during the summer when school is out he got to wear the birthday hat on his last day--he thought he was big stuff.
